Breeam Excellent – Commercial Centre I GIGLI

We are proud to announce that just few months after the “Very Good” level environmental sustainability certification, pursued following the BREEAM in USE protocol, OWTC has supported Eurocommercial in the activities of efficiency and improvement of police and management and maintenance strategies of the I GIGLI Shopping Centre in Campi Bisenzio (FI).

The provided consultancy allowed the Centre to move up a level by upgrading the BREEAM protocol which thus reached the “Excellent” level for Building Management.
