OWTC acted as Technical advisor for the sale of a mixed-use property (retail/office), owned by the Mascagni Fund and managed by Generali Real Estate S.p.A. (Asset Management Company), located in the historic Via Roma, in the heart of Turin.

The approximately 18.000 sqm asset was sold to PATRIZIA AG, a global partner for pan-European real estate investments.

The property has a mix consisting of a part dedicated to commercial use, with stores of major international brands, while another part is intended for fully leased offices.

OWTC took care of the technical-administrative Due Diligence, the analysis of risks and criticalities, the analysis of the residual life cycle and estimation of the CAPEX and assisted Patrizia AG in the closing phase.
