From the meeting between One Works, a leading Italian architecture and engineering firm with an international profile, and AAKHON, a pioneering company in the study of solutions for the analysis and evolution of buildings and real estate, the newco in joint venture OWTC is born.
Milan, April 2018 – One Works, one of the leading Italian architectural firms with an international profile, specialized in the design of transport infrastructures, Real Estate and Retail and Masterplanning, as part of the important growth process that has strongly characterized the last exercises, extends its range of action. From the meeting with AAKHON, a pioneering company in the study of solutions and tools for the analysis and evolution of buildings and real estate, the joint venture OWTC (One Works Technical Consultancy) was born, which aims at offering Integrated Technical Services for real estate development and portfolio asset management, assisting the investor and the property in all phases of the development and management production process. From a large portfolio of appraisal services to in-depth urban and real estate Due Diligence, inspections and audits, up to technical/economic feasibility studies and consultancy on procurement, the OWTC offer covers every single aspect related to real estate development.
