FONDO OPI, Roma, Bologna e Reggello

OWTC assisted Torre SGR in the divestment of the assets of the OPI fund, in the Vendor Technical Due Diligence phase. The fund consists of numerous assets intended for Retail use located in the center of Bologna, the retail parks called “The Mall” and The
Castle”, located in Reggello (FI) and two free-standing buildings intended for office use, in the center of
Rome. The assets subject to due diligence consist of a total of 20,388 sqm.
