OWTC is pleased to present its new book of innovative services for real estate.

Massimiliano Caruso, Managing Partner and CEO of OWTC, explains how this new book “is not just a presentation of services, but is the expression of an innovative concept of providing integrated services for real estate. This presentation aims to tell how OWTC is shifting its way of supporting properties, asset managers, property companies and tenants through innovative models of integrated technical services that aim to enhance real estate assets by following new drivers such as sustainability, digitalization and resilience to the fundamental changes underway”.
The innovative methodological approach does not offer integrated or specialized services aimed at satisfying contingent and often improvised needs to deal with continuous emergencies, but rather offers advice that knows how to move within strategies by developing new valuable solutions, capable of giving greater value to assets that must be able to foresee the future that is taking shape in the face of the phenomenon of digitalization, the climate change and the search for the comfort and well-being of those who make the user experience of the assets they want to enhance.

On page 4 of the presentation, we read: “Our method is of a consultancy type that follows and intercepts the new paradigm of the real estate market. Until yesterday the paradigm was simple: location, location, location. Today it is no longer entirely true or at least it is no longer sufficient. The comfort of the people who live in the spaces, their psychophysical well-being, which also derives from living and the way through which the new spaces interact with the world, are all elements as important as the location and they will be increasingly so important. Living in a healthy, bright, acoustically protected space with high air quality and thermo-hygrometric performance. Living in spaces that can be easily and safely connected to any communication network, have adequate and innovative services that simplify everyday life and amplify the pleasure of living in a space. Living in buildings with an environmental impact and zero consumption. These are the drivers of the new quality of living. These are the new drivers who will mark the real estate market of the future and which are already as important today as the location of the asset or, perhaps, they are themselves the drivers of the new idea of location”.

In addition, on page 5 we find the innovative values that can give value to quality real estate assets in the future:
Resilience. Progressive adaptation of assets to climate and demographic changes.
Intelligence. Progressive adaptation of assets to the new digitization and the extraction of value from the use of big data.
Efficiency. Reduction of Total Cost Ownership. Reduction of management, maintenance and utilities costs.

Rating. Increase in the perceived value of environmental sustainability thanks to the certification protocols and the methods of measuring and monitoring the results obtained (BREEAM, LEED, WELL, ACTIVE HOUSE, GRESB, etc.).
Safety. Improvement of security models and greater guarantee of protection from natural risks and asset obsolescence.
Health. Greater safety of the health and psychophysical well-being of those who live in our real estate assets”.
