OWTC assisted Eurocommercial Properties Ltd. In the development of all the consultancy and management activities of the operational improvement activities in order to pursue the international environmental certification, with BREEAM in Use protocol, of the “Collestrada” Shopping Center inn Perugia.
The center has been certified by the BRE with a Very Good Asset Performance and Building Management. We thank the architect Alberto Ballardini, of Habitech, for the activity of Assessor offered in support of OWTC.
