OWTC assisted Eurocommercial Properties Ltd. In the development of all the consultancy and management activities of the operational improvement activities in order to pursue the international environmental certification, with BREEAM in Use protocol, of the “Fiordaliso” Shopping Centers in Rozzano (MI) and “I Gigli” in Florence.
The Centers have been certified by the BRE with a Good Asset Performance and a Building Management. We thank the architect Alberto Ballardini of Habitech for the activity of Assessor offered in support of OWTC.
