OWTC assisted One Works in the MEP design of the Transportation Center (TEC) in Doha.
The new TEC will be built between Lusail Boulevard and the Al Qassar metro station. In addition to a source of education, the new center will also provide exhibition spaces and recreational facilities. The combination of these three main functions in a single harmonious whole will interpret the vision of Qatar Rail, while improving the environmental factors and characteristics of the area, to represent the true innovative approach of the project. OWTC Team carried out the MEP design in BIM and developed the facility management cost control model.
