VILLINI BUILDING, Rome
An institutional investor was assisted in the technical-administrative Due Diligence of a building, intended for offices, located in “via dei Villini” in Rome. The building object of the Due Diligence is a ground floor building, with a small adjoining courtyard. Built in the first mid-1900s and intended for the villa owner, it was the subject of a complete building renovation, with complete demolition works of the interior. During the work of renovations, important archaeological artifacts of a suburban villa, probably dated to the 1st and 2nd century A.D., were found.
