Environmental sustainability and innovation are the new drivers on which the most advanced real estate development projects are based. OWTC was the advisor of Eurocommercial Properties to map the state of the real estate assets owned in order to identify the company policies, strategies and technological choices necessary to innovate the real estate assets and increase its value by means of a management and sustainable development of assets. OWTC also assisted the owner in the collection and structuring of data for the purpose of the annual GRESB sustainability rating reporting.
