SURVEY TECNICO ECP

Eurocommercial properties (ECP), an international leader among real estate investors with a portfolio of 8 shopping centers in Italy, requested a maintenance and energy saving audit of the systems serving all of its Italian assets. Specifically, all the plant consistencies of the assets and their life cycle have been mapped, and a digitalized report of the extraordinary maintenance activities to be performed make the examined plants more efficient from a maintenance and energy point of view has been produced. Finally, it estimated the CAPEX necessary for the efficiency activities itself.
