EX AREA PRESCAV, Pavia

The Ex Prescav, an area in the municipal area of San Martino Siccomario (PV), is currently engaged in a process of enhancement of the property, aimed at the complete redevelopment of the area through a process of demolition of the existing one, of functional reorganization of the grounds and building development of new uses. The asset involved in the intervention is represented by a large production area which is currently a large factory of prefabricated structures, for over 26.000 sqm of built, which has been abandoned for several years. OWTC carried out the development and redevelopment project of the entire area.
