The Al Faisaliah hotel is located within the Al Faisaliah complex designed by architect Norman Foster. Playing a key role in Riadh’s urban development, the 240.000 sqm complex is centred around Saudi Arabia’s first skyscraper – a distinctive 267 m high office tower – next to the hotel, a banquet and conference centre, luxury apartments and a three-story shopping mall. Al Faisaliah is a 330-room five-star luxury hotel, fitness centre, sauna, indoor pool and spa. OWTC developed the calculations and cost analyses.
