We are proud to announce that just few months after the “Very Good” level environmental sustainability certification, pursued following the BREEAM in USE protocol, OWTC has supported Eurocommercial in the activities of efficiency and improvement of police and management and maintenance strategies of the I GIGLI Shopping Centre in Campi Bisenzio (FI).
The provided consultancy allowed the Centre to move up a level by upgrading the BREEAM protocol which thus reached the “Excellent” level for Building Management.
Special thanks do the work team made up of the management and the technical manager of the Centre, the ECP technicians and the OWTC specialists.
“Air safe Covid19” and “Management safe Covid19” are the new OWTC services that help ensure a safe return to offices, shopping centers and infrastructures.
OWTC acted as Technical advisor for the sale of a mixed-use property (retail/office), owned by the Mascagni Fund and managed by Generali Real Estate S.p.A. (Asset Management Company), located in the historic Via Roma, in the heart of Turin.
OWTC assisted Patrizia AG in the acquisition, from Invel Real Estate, of a core plus office complex in Milan, in via Bernina 12, with an area of 11.000 mq, for which a significant redevelopment is planned.
