One Works Technical Consultancy (OWTC) offers integrated technical services capable of bringing new values to the development of real estate, assisting investors and properties in all phases of the development and production process that adds value to the real estate asset. The projects range from planning to the construction of new buildings and infrastructures, up to complex upgrading of existing buildings.

OUR HISTORY
OWTC was founded in Milan in April 2018 but its expertise is the result of the meeting between One Works (www.one-works.com) and senior professionals with proven experience in the field of integrated technical services for real estate, with a focus on sustainability, innovative technologies and digital transformation. One Works Spa is one of the leading Italian architecture and engineering firms with an international profile, specializing in the design of transport infrastructure, Real Estate and Retail and Masterplanning. This is how the OWTC joint venture was born, with the aim of offering Integrated Technical Services, with an innovative and international approach, for real estate development and portfolio asset management, assisting investors and owners in all phases of the production process.
