OWTC is pleased to announce its new BIM Facility Management service, through which it is possible to design and manage the soft and hard maintenance of a building with digitalized and innovative methodologies.
The service is aimed at Asset Manager e and Property Managers who wish to optimize the management of a building by reducing the costs of utilities and facility management.

- Identification of the type of software best suited to the customer’s needs in order to generate a dashboard that allows to interact with the model and to represent all the data necessary to assist the Asset manager in the decision-making phases
- Creation of a network (IoT) capable of generating deep machine learning of artificial neural network algorithms
- Building BIM management to provide decision-making technical support to the asset manager
